We’re looking for a receptionist that thrives on variety, can hand handle two busy executives and manage the reception area for growing a dynamic company.

Do you consider yourself a wizard behind the curtain that makes the magic happen? Is no job too big or too small? Do you enjoy a challenge and multitasking?

We are looking for a mid-level candidate to fulfill the role of Receptionist in our Vancouver office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 – 2 years of office experience. The position requires a highly organized individual. If you are an active thinker who is optimistic and ready to help, this opportunity may be for you.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

#1) General Office Administration Duties

You’ll work collaboratively with all members of the management team to assist as and where needed with office administration duties. Assigned duties may include new hire onboarding, leading our People & Culture Committee, planning events, and corporate errands. You have a can-do attitude and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to get things done and keep the operations moving smoothly. No task is too small, from loading the dishwasher and keeping the office tidy to setting up meeting rooms.   

#2) Receptionist and Switchboard Duties

As part of our operations team, you will be managing the reception area, directing calls, receiving guests, and coordinating with couriers and deliveries.

Your qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of office experience
  • Excellent calendar management, travel coordination and general office support
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google suite with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
  • Strong capacity to prioritize, organize and work well under pressure
  • Bilingual in French an asset
  • Social and takes initiative (our values are Simple, Honest & Human)
