We’re looking for an experienced training and enablement specialist that brings their expertise in the delivery of training programs to business clients and internal staff.
As a member of our Client Services team, you’ll work collaboratively to identify training needs for our clients and employees, and develop an overall strategy for training delivery. You’re an expert at seeing the big picture and creating easy to follow, practical learning programs.
You have a creative and analytical mind and love ideating new ways to improve learning. You work well under pressure and enjoy the challenge of improving client and employee knowledge in a fast paced environment of change.
Here’s what you’ll be doing
#1) Create the Training Strategy and Approach
You’ll work closely with our leaders to develop a training strategy and approach. Your goal is to provide significant transfer of Rise product knowledge to our customers and employees. As a partner to all teams at Rise, you’ll collaborate and train teams on new features and functionality, ensuring they can impart the right messages on leads, prospects and clients. You will be well-versed on all Rise technologies. You’ll establish benchmarks and oversee the facilitation of training surveys and programs to ensure our employees and clients are ready to go.
#2) Collaborate on Training Materials and Tools
As part of our Client Services team you’ll be responsible for creating the tools and materials that get everyone up to speed quickly on our products. You’ll establish strong relationships with the Sales and Client Services team, and immerse yourself in the day-in-a-life of our customers and employees to understand their challenges and provide solutions. You’ll also work closely with our Product and Marketing team to contribute to our software release notes, develop knowledge base articles, videos, and more as required to develop clear materials for relevant audiences.
#3) Developing Curriculums and Training
In addition to strategy and tools, you’ll be developing role-specific curriculums for users of our systems inside and outside the walls of Rise. You’ll work with Marketing and our designers to build out the curriculum in a smart and impactful way that aligns with our brand. You’ll deliver in-person, web or video, and e-learning training with an engaging and high-energy style. You’ll do knowledge checks, coaching,role-plays, and achieve measurable results!
- Minimum 3 years experience in developing user-focused training courses
- Delivery of training programs in a B2B software or high-tech environment
- Superior verbal and communications skills
- Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Apple Keynote and videoconferencing systems
- Have worked with Management system and eLearning tools like Camtasia
- Can build and follow an iterative development model
- Incredible attention to detail
- High-energy, enthusiastic delivery style and truly a people person
- Knowledge of instructional learning tools, such as learning management systems
- Strong organizational skills and can handle competing priorities
