This could be you
We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce administrator that brings expertise in sales & marketing operations.
You are an operations specialist working for a VP Revenue or Operations and ready to breakout and run your own shop! You thrive on data and providing key business insights based on analyzing multiple data sources. You take initiative to identify what the business should be tracking and evaluating. You are able to think through problems and make actionable recommendations.
As a member of our team, you’ll report to our CRO and will be hands-on in providing data and operational support across the company. You’re an expert at seeing the big picture and creating easy to follow processes aimed at improving lead flow, opportunity management and overall user adoption.
You have an analytical mind and love identifying, developing and rolling out core marketing and sales processes. You work well under pressure and enjoy the challenge of improving day-to-day operations, configuration of 3rd party applications, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform, HubSpot and other tools.
Here’s what you’ll be doing
#1) Improve marketing & sales processes
You’ll develop marketing-to-sales processes and reporting practices. You’ll create a standard, predictable approach towards how we capture, analyze and report on all data. You’ll generate reports including forecasts, pipeline, funnel metrics, CRO and board slides, and KPIs for marketing and sales.
#2) Manage Salesforce & all 3rd party applications
You’ll be responsible for developing, building and testing new processes, including custom objects, integrating 3rd party applications, building reports and dashboards that drive decisions. You’ll manage data capture and data validation rules, and ensure timely follow up with all leads and customers.
#3) Provide governance and best practices
You’ll provide governance and best practices that continually improve user adoption. This includes working with other teams to improve data and workflows across the company, always improving our marketing and sales stack and ensuring data is in sync across teams.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
- 2-3 years experience in administering and customizing Salesforce
- Delivery of employee training programs that increase adoption
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills
- Understanding of Hubspot and Salesloft
- Strong organizational skills and can handle competing priorities
