You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of different stakeholders from sales & marketing, to client success & operations, product & development teams, and more.
Here’s what you’ll be doing
#1) Improve client success processes
You’ll perform data analysis to provide insights on how to improve performance; extract data from databases and data warehouses for reporting and presentation; and generate reports and KPIs and present findings.
#2) Manage Client Services CRM & all 3rd party applications
You’ll be responsible for developing, building and testing new processes, including custom objects, integrating 3rd party applications, building reports and dashboards that drive decisions. You’ll manage data capture and data validation rules, and ensure timely follow up with all leads and customers.
#3) Provide governance and best practices
You’ll provide governance and best practices that continually improve user adoption. This includes working with other teams to improve data and workflows across the company, always improving our marketing and sales stack and ensuring data is in sync across teams.
- 2 years CRM experience in administering and customizing
- Basic knowledge of data integration methods
- Can work on multiple requests and adapt to rapid changes
Strong communication skills and able to share findings in an effective manner
- Aptitude for numbers, problem solving and quantitative skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
Advanced skills in Excel
