If you’re motivated to get in on the ground floor of something extraordinary, we want to hear from you. We’re looking for a results-oriented, fully bilingual client services professional obsessed with paying attention to detail. As a key member of our client-facing team, you’ll bring your experience in learning the details of specific group benefit accounts and accurately servicing them to reflect their current coverage status.

You’ll have a keen understanding of financial arrangements and reporting, as well as each benefit and product offering. You excel under pressure, resolve issues in a timely manner (via email, chat and phone) while bringing a positive attitude and being a great team player.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

#1) Supporting and maintaining client benefit coverage

You’ll be working with our clients to prepare benefit premium deductions for payroll. You’ll also keep client plan member information up to date with their insurance carriers and develop relationships with the carriers to gather and update information as needed. This also includes implementation of the clients’ benefits plan within Rise’s payroll system along with applying the appropriate split based on the details provided in the benefits contract.

#2) Ensuring quality and accuracy

With your keen eye for detail, you will research and obtain benefit information to support our clients and screen group and individual requests to clarify benefit coverage.

#3) Generating reports and store completed work

You’ll be putting your top notch administrative skills to the test by performing other benefits related duties as assigned by your manager, such as research and administration.

Your qualifications

  • Fully bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Benefits Administration and/or Benefits Implementation
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Completion of post-secondary education
  • Commitment to ongoing development, such as working towards GBA designation
  • Strong team player who is able to work independently and take initiative
