We’re looking for a front office coordinator that thrives on variety, can hand handle two busy executives and manage the reception area for growing a dynamic company.

We are looking for a mid-level candidate to fulfill the role of Front Office Coordinator in our Vancouver office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 – 5 years experience related to supporting management and administration. The position requires a highly organized individual who can support multiple members of management. If you are an active thinker who is optimistic and ready to help, this opportunity may be for you.
Here’s what you’ll be doing
#1) General Office Administration Duties
You’ll work collaboratively with all members of the management team to assist as and where needed with office administration duties. Assigned duties may include new hire onboarding, leading our People & Culture Committee, planning events, and corporate errands. You have a can-do attitude and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to get things done and keep the operations moving smoothly. No task is too small, from loading the dishwasher and keeping the office tidy to setting up meeting rooms.
#2) Supporting the C-Suite
You’ll be managing calendars, booking travel and scheduling appointments for Rise’s executives. Plus you’ll be responsible for general office and data administration as well as special projects as assigned.
#3) Receptionist and Switchboard Duties
As part of our operations team, you will be managing the reception area, directing calls, receiving guests, and coordinating with couriers and deliveries.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience supporting senior management
- Excellent calendar management, travel coordination and general office support
- Proficient in MS Office and Google suite with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Strong capacity to prioritize, organize and work well under pressure
- Bilingual in French an asset
