Here’s what you’ll be doing

#1) Building our Sales Database

You’ll be taking information from a variety of sources (mostly online), profiling contacts and accounts using the best modern sales methodologies, and accurately and quickly integrating them into our systems.

#2) Making Big Improvements

With your keen eye for detail, you’ll be navigating our systems to clean up bad data, updating existing data, researching data for entry, understanding duplicate accounts, merging/deleting duplicate accounts and completing data imports.

#3) Prospect Validation

You’ll be responsible for validating a list of outbound prospects and loading them into our CRM with all the information necessary for our sales reps to be able to reach out to them.

Your qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience in an administrative role
  • Degree in Math, Business, Marketing or other related field OR you have related work experience
  • Experience building a database and navigating
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
